Appearance: Devious Grin. White hair. Rather pale skin. Brown Eyes.
Personality: Octavius is a gleaming little boy. He radiates love and affection wherever he goes. But, as all children do, he has a bit of a temper, but, tries to calm himself in these situations. Having the impression that the killers that poisoned his parents will die soon, he wants to keep a levelheaded head, to rule fairly and calmly.

Occupations: King of the Shape-shifters.

History: Octavius was born in the large estate of David and Octavia Butler, the King and Queen of the shape shifters. But, as it went, it would be rather hard to be in control of those who could change their shape upon will. Because of this, Octavia and David both came up with rules on how shape shifters should act. But, some began to revolt. They thought they should be free, and that they were blessed by Mother Nature, with the ability to change shape. Of course they were blessed. But, that they should not abuse it. Both David and Octavia wanted to keep the peace, and made many compromises, but it was not enough. Octavia and David were both invited to a party. As they were having a good time, they each ate and drank wine and pastries lined with cyanide, a deadly poisioned. After ingesting the poison. both succumbed to it, and such, was the end of the King and Queen. But, what about their son? The killers knew he was out there, and would be 'king' if they did not kill him. And so, his personal friend, Navvey, helped him start a new life. Navvey created Octavius a new story, and, to make him keep his name, said that he was named after the son of the King and Queen. Octavius is now a mere pick-pocket, stealing while in his human form, still bound by the laws his parents made for his people. He hopes, someday, he can return to power, and lead the Shapeshifters.
